Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using JEH ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the App. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the developer of the JEH Reading Instruction Observation Tool.
Use of the App
The App is a classroom observation and walkthrough tool intended for use by school administrators, instructional coaches, and educational professionals. You may use the App to record, store, and export observation data for your professional purposes. Misuse, reverse engineering, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
Data Ownership & Responsibility
All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for your data. The developer does not access, view, or store your data in any form. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any important data, and the developer is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, uninstallation, or software errors.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the developer. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to the developer's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, data corruption, or interruption of professional workflows. The App is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
